      Vendor agreement

      Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee approval. You will receive confirmation if your application is accepted. Once approved, vendor fees are non-refundable and must be paid after acceptance.

      Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup, including tables, tents, tent weights, and displays. Limited electricity is available for food vendors only. Food vendors must also provide proof of liability insurance.

      All vendors are welcome, but please leave the animal products at home! Bring only vegan products, as no animal-based items including meat, dairy, honey, wool, or similar products are permitted. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please reach out to us at [email protected]
