Briar

Briar was found as a puppy, along with her littermates, listed for free online. This is especially dangerous for many reasons. Dogs being given away for free, especially puppies, can easily end up being used for dog fight training bait. With the help of another rescue, we were able to provide Briar a home here and the other puppies were placed with other rescues and families.

Briar came to us as a very timid girl. It took her a while to warm up to us, but when she did it was great to see her personality surface. She loves to play with the other dogs and watch over all of the animals here at the sanctuary.
